Calling all ambitious women in Mumbai! Prepare to meet, collaborate, and grow in a brand new location made specifically for you. Leap.Club, the leading online networking platform for female leaders, is bringing its goal to reality with the inauguration of its first physical club!

This is not your typical coworking place. Leap.Club’s vision extends far beyond desks and WiFi. Consider a lively hub where you can network with like-minded women, attend inspiring events, energize your mind and body with fitness classes, and even generate high-quality content in a dedicated podcast room. Does that sound like a dream come true? It is going to become a reality!

From Online to Oasis: Why a Physical Space Matters

Leap.Club, formed by former Zomato executives Ragini Das and Anand Sinha, has been empowering female leaders online since 2020. With more than 25,000 paid members, the platform has created a robust online community. However, as Das points out, “the past two years of events highlighted the power of in-person connection.” Women desired a tangible space to form relationships, exchange ideas, and seek assistance.

The epidemic may have pushed their plans back, but the yearning for a safe and empowering space for women has grown stronger. “Women needed a place to meet, work out, record content – a space truly their own,” said Das. Mumbai, with its dynamic energy and strong female culture, was the ideal setting for this new enterprise

A Space Designed by and for Women

After scouting numerous locations, Leap.Club found its ideal home on Linking Road in Bandra. This isn’t just a space; it’s a meticulously curated haven designed with women in mind. From the artwork on the walls to the D2C products on display, everything celebrates female creativity. The architect, photographer – even the recording equipment – were all chosen with a woman’s touch.
