Today, February 9, 2024, marks the deadline for raising objections against the JEE Mains Answer Key 2024. Candidates are reminded that the objection window will close at 11:00 PM.

How to Raise Objections

Candidates who wish to challenge the JEE Mains Answer Key 2024 can do so through the official website of JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The objection link will remain active until the deadline.

Important Information

The Provisional Answer Keys for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B. Planning) were made available on February 6, 2024. Candidates challenging the answer key are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question challenged. The processing fee can be paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking until 11:50 PM today.

Refund Process

Candidates who may have challenged questions without the appropriate Question ID / Option ID can challenge again. The processing fee for their former challenges will be refunded shortly. These candidates have also been notified via e-mail / SMS.

Impact of Correct Challenges

If challenges made by candidates are found to be correct, the Answer Key will be revised accordingly, and the revised Final Answer Keys will be applied to all candidates’ responses. The result for JEE Mains Session 1 2024, as per the official brochure, is scheduled to be announced on February 12, 2024.
