The suspension order issued by the police department states, On July 21, after completing your night duty, you were riding your two-wheeler when you collided dangerously with a PMPML bus near Wadia College. You approached the driver, Bhagwat Bapurao Torne, and argued with him aggressively. The video of your actions has gone viral, causing a negative image of the police force.
Suspended Constable will report to Police Inspector
The order further emphasizes that as a police officer, Waghmare should have followed legal procedures by filing a formal complaint instead of resorting to violence. His actions have compromised the integrity of the police force.
The suspended constable has been instructed to report to the Police Inspector (Rank) at the Police Headquarters in Shivajinagar to mark his attendance. The suspension aims to address the serious misconduct and restore public trust in the police force.
